How the studio works.

Remote. Small. Judgment over hours. We hire people who can be handed a problem and trusted to come back with the work rather than a status update — and we keep the team small enough that everyone can see the whole board.

Brand Designer

Identity · Systems · Print

Most designers make marks. We make rooms.

You build identity systems that hold up under pressure — wordmarks, grids, type scales, the whole registration. You think in primitives, not deliverables. You’d rather remove nine elements than add one.

You have

3+ years in identity. A portfolio with systems in it, not just artifacts. Fluency in Figma and Illustrator. An opinion about kerning you’re prepared to defend.

Front-End Engineer

Web · Motion · Interaction

The page is the argument. Build it so it doesn’t need one.

You translate environments into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without losing the temperature. You care about scroll physics, blend modes, and why clip beats hidden. Nothing ships that hasn’t been checked at 1200 and 390.

You have

3+ years shipping production front-end. Vanilla JS before frameworks. A feel for easing curves. A GitHub with something strange in it.

N° 03

Brand Strategist

Positioning · Naming · Voice

Everyone finds the answer. We find the tension.

You sit with a client’s category, their competitors, and their contradictions until the real problem surfaces. Then you name it in one sentence. You write the language the rest of the studio designs against.

You have

4+ years in strategy or planning. Research instincts. Writing that’s short because it’s finished, not because it’s rushed.

N° 04

Content & Social Lead

Social · Editorial · Campaign

A brand isn’t what it posts. It’s what it withholds.

You run the day-to-day for a roster of clients across e-commerce, services, and software — calendar, capture, copy, cadence. You know which platform rewards restraint and which one punishes it. You shoot, you edit, you write, you report.

You have

3+ years running brand accounts. Demonstrable growth numbers. Motion and photo capability. A tolerance for shipping daily.
