§ 01the business

What it is.

Nimbus syncs a Shopify or Amazon catalog, builds a Brand DNA and Product DNA layer, then plans, generates, publishes, optimizes ad spend, and answers calls and texts across six pillars: Intelligence, Strategy, Distribution, Engagement, Studio, Showrunner. Day to day, Nimbus Sites: a zip of flat HTML goes live on a custom domain, and its form handler sits behind every contact form on this site.

§ 02the starting point

What existed, what was asked.

What existed

A studio shipping static client sites, with no way to host them without a server per client, capture their forms, or generate media at scale.

What was asked

Build it in-house. Give it an identity once it earned one.

§ 03foundation

The identity.

You sleep. It publishes.

§ 05the engine

Show Runner.

One brief becomes an ongoing video series. Seven content types, 37 formats, five production styles, a creative-brief questionnaire, a generated series bible, an episode queue. A five-gate pipeline, voice, images, video, music, assembly, with human approval at each gate. Persistent characters, locations, personas, and voices. Publishes to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, scheduled. Being spun out as a standalone creator product with its own brand.

§ 06the engine

The studio.

Images, video, music, voice, and copy, generated by the best model for each job: ai-image, ai-video, ai-voice, ai-music, ai-lipsync, media-assembly, and Remotion composition. Product DNA produces retail and studio photography, and a Shopify writeback fills product descriptions on client stores. This is the product behind the media-generation service on every other profile in this record.

What’s the business, and what isn’t working?

A sentence is enough — starting from scratch, or building on what you have. We come back with what we’d do, what it costs and how long. Usually within a day.
